Here are some health tips for relieving stress on your body when making Teddy Bears.

  • Always use a comfortable chair with arm rests when making teddies, to support the back and arms
  • Try not to bend your neck forward but bring your work up to your eyes. You'll see how the neck pain stops and the eyes can see propley.
  • To stop your hands from going into cramps stop working every half an hour and flex those wrists Then keep wrists straight for 5 mins. A perfect time to have a drink of water so you dont dehydrate
  • When turning Tpins or cotter pins, turn them away from you and not to you. This will stop the pliers from shooting into your face or into your hand .
  • I like to work with a small tray on my lap to stop from hurting my legs.
